"Extremely disappointing experience. I waited almost 1.5 hours, and the front desk staff were rude, dismissive, and showed very little interest in helping patients. There was no communication or apology for the long delay. A medical facility should treat people with professionalism and respect, especially when they are already stressed about their health. I hope management takes customer service and patient care more seriously."

"8/4 I got to my appointment a tab bit early because it was at 6:30pmduring high traffic and I didn't want to be late. So I got there around 6:10 pm which I knew I had to wait no problem. I didn't get called in the back until 6:55pm. The Dr's office have to be mindful that our time is precious to us as well. The technician was pleasant. Now as I was talking to her I see why I was called in after my schedule time that is because I was the last patient of the day. Also the patient before was scheduled for 5:45 and they didn't get called into the back until 6:15. So they waited until their grace period to see us. Now if we are 15 minutes late they would like for us to reschedule. That's not fair to us."

The ultrasound technician was incredibly professional, welcoming, she made me feel at ease throughout the entire appointment. I truly appreciated the excellent care I received and would highly recommend this location to anyone."
